Elizabeth Lindsay, affectionately known as ‘Blair’ at Blue Marlin, originally from California, with most of her diving experience in Montery Bay, is a Diver Medic, Technical Dive Guide, and Recreational Instructor at Blue Marlin Dive. She transitioned into diving after overcoming her fear of deep blue water, and now it’s her favorite place to be. Blair loves the warm waters and accessible tech diving that Gili Trawangan offers. Tangaa at Tunang Wall is her favorite dive site due to the massive sea fans and vibrant marine life.

With certifications as a Diver Medical Technician, Blair is always prepared for emergencies. She describes herself as bubbly, even if Doug might say she’s “really annoying.” She dreams of diving at Bikini Atoll and hopes to encounter a blue shark. After a day of diving, nothing beats a good sleep for her.

Her favorite piece of advice? “Feel the fear and do it anyway.”
