Refund and Returns Policy

At Blue Marlin Dive Gili Trawangan, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds may be requested for cancellations or dissatisfaction with the service.
  • Once eLearning has been assigned, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Services or bookings marked as non-refundable are not eligible for refunds.

 

2. Time Frame for Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase or booking date.
  • For specific services, such as multi-day courses or special events, refund requests must be made at least 30 days in advance.

 

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@bluemarlingilitrawangan.com with your booking reference and the reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days.

 

4. Refund Approval

  • Refund requests are reviewed and approved by our customer service manager.
  • Refund approval is based on compliance with our policy criteria and the reason for the request.

 

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
  • Any refunds will incur a service charge by the payment gateway.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

6. Partial Refunds

  • Partial refunds may be granted in situations where a service was only partially completed or if a customer had to leave early.
  • The amount of the partial refund will be determined based on the proportion of the service not received.

 

7. Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their bookings up to 14 days before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking price.

 

8. Rescheduling

  • Customers may reschedule their bookings up to 7 days before the scheduled service at no additional cost.
  • Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the scheduled service may incur a rescheduling fee of 10% of the booking price.

 

9. Exceptions

  • Refunds and rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis for special circumstances such as medical emergencies or natural disasters. Proof may be required.
